📝Bookings
- 🪑 Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 💳 Full payment must be completed at the time of booking.
- 🎫 A confirmed booking generates a digital ticket (SMS/WhatsApp/Email).

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

📌Passenger Rules
- 🆔 Passengers must carry a valid ID proof during travel.
- 🎒 Luggage allowance is limited (1 small bag + 1 cabin bag per passenger).
- 🪢 Seatbelts must be worn at all times for safety.
- 🚭 Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
👨✈️Operator Responsibilities
- 🛡️ Drivers are verified and vehicles are maintained for safety.
- ⏰ Trips are scheduled and will depart at fixed times.
- 📞 Customer support is available for assistance during service hours.
⚖️Limitations of Liability
CityCab Mobility X is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Compensation is limited to the fare paid in case of service cancellation initiated by CityCab.
