At CityCab Mobility X, we follow a fair and transparent cancellation & refund policy.
Please review these terms before booking your seat.
๐งพPassenger Cancellations
- โฐ Refunds are only eligible if cancellation is made at least 6 hours before scheduled departure.
- ๐ซ Cancellations made within 6 hours of departure are non-refundable.
๐ณRefund Process
โ Eligible refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
โ Payment gateway or transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
๐Operator Cancellations
If a ride is cancelled by CityCab due to vehicle breakdown, shortage of passengers, or other reasons:
- ๐ข Passengers will be notified promptly.
- ๐ฐ A full refund will be issued.
- ๐ Passengers may also shift their booking to another available ride.
โ ๏ธNon-Refundable Cases
- ๐
No-show (passenger does not board).
- ๐ Boarding denied due to lack of valid ID.
- ๐ Violation of Terms & Conditions (restricted items, misconduct, etc.).
